I’m Chris Rozario, founder of UAE Shelving.

I build shelving companies that run on discipline, not hype.

We, as a team at Sumo Trading, built a shelving company from the ground up — setting up suppliers, visiting sites, creating installation SOPs, and running marketing campaigns that turned into real customer orders across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. It was our first venture, and it worked.

When the direction no longer fit, I left and built my own company in the UAE. Same playbook. Profitable. Predictable. We delivered on time and told the truth, even when it cost us a deal.
